Refugee Services of Texas is a refugee resettlement agency providing quality services to refugees and other displaced populations joining families or starting new lives in Texas. Through are affiliations with Church World Service, Lutheran Immigration and Resettlement Services and Episcopal Migration Ministries we provide services through the United States Refugee Program. The five RST offices throughout the state provide resettlement services and programs designed for the local communities we serve.  In addition to our refugee clients we also serve those who are victims of human trafficking, asylees and other displaced peoples. Refugee Services of Texas uses a faith based model of resettlement which uses the many resources of local churches and faith communities to enhance the resettlement experience.
